OneTake Crew

An iOS creative networking platform for film industry professionals. I founded the company, designed every screen, and I am building the app.

  • 46+ screens designed
  • 100+ features built
  • Live in user testing

Overview

Film work is hired on proof: what you shot, who you crewed with, and whether you are free. OneTake Crew puts all three in one place, with a vertical short-form video feed, because that is how the industry watches work now.

I run this as founder and CEO of VYW & Co., a three-person startup in Toronto. I designed 46+ screens, wrote the full product specification, and I am building the app with 100+ features in SwiftUI and Firebase. It is currently in user testing.

What I did

  • Design 46+ screens in Figma, plus the full written product specification.
  • Build 100+ features in SwiftUI and Firebase: JSON document data models, auth, and media storage.
  • Ship Weekly release scoping; user testing feedback becomes a prioritized design and build fix list.
  • Status Live, in user testing.
